My philosophy
My passion lies with organizations and people who want to change something. No matter if we talk of crisis related, tightly scheduled change projects or subtle, forward looking ones that differ in speed and execution.
I bring in my whole expertise and experience to help leverage the plans. My competencies are based on profound leadership experience on C level, operational experience over many years and know-how along the employee life cylce. It encompasses recruiting, performance, compensation, competency and talent management. And last but not least: Over 20 years experience in change environments.
